Frequently asked questions
Shopee's system sometimes generates ZPL labels without the correct ^PW and ^LL commands. Without these dimensions, the printer uses its default size, which rarely matches the 100×150mm shipping label paper.
Zebra ZD220 and ZD230 (203 DPI) printers are the most common among Shopee sellers. If you have a ZD421 or ZT230, select 300 DPI.
